HSC is a sports club that has been operating since the last many years under the patronage of Mehfil-e-Murtaza. Any community member can become a member of the club by paying a small registration fee of PKR 2,500 per annum. The fee is very nominal when compared to the facilities being offered by the club which includes Cricket, football, table tennis, Dabboo and volleyball.

Sports activities are held in the AMS Recreation Centre besides the mehfil and volleyball court in mehfil premises. The members are divided into three main categories as per their age, Seniors, Middlers and Juniors.

Daily timings are from 9:00 pm till 11:00 PM. During Ramzan, however, the timings are from 11:30 pm till 1:30 am.
